Arrival and departure: Unless otherwise pre-arranged, we ask that guests arrive between 16.00 - 18:00 and to give us a more exact time, within that bracket, so we can be in; and that rooms are vacated by 10.30am on departure day. Please ask when booking if you require an earlier arrival or later departure. Opening times: We are open all the year round and have off street parking.

Reservations: We offer a minimum of a two night stay, but if there is availability we will do a one night stay for a small extra premium – please enquire.

To confirm your booking Mickley Bed and Breakfast require a non-refundable deposit, this is per room not per person and the deposit will be deducted from your end total when you pay in full on departure. The deposit varies so please ask at the time of booking. Payment can be made by cheque, BACS or cash only. Mickley Bed and Breakfast must receive all deposit payments at least five (5) working days before the arrival date. Mickley Bed and Breakfast regrets that if a cheque is received late or dishonoured we may not be able to keep the room available.

Children and babies: There is room for a couple of children to be with their parents in The Amber Suite, a nominal charge will be made for this – please ask. We do not have camp beds so parents will have to provide sleeping bags, pillows and camp beds for their children. There is no room for a child in the Blue Room.

Payment: Cash, cheque or BACS only. Bank account details will be provided on request. Balance payment to be made prior to departure by cheque, cash, or BACS. As yet, Mickley Bed and Breakfast does not have the facilities to take credit or debit cards.

Room prices: Room prices are as stated on our website - and no more than two adults per room. The prices shown are inclusive of parking, breakfast and Wi-Fi. Mickley Bed and Breakfast reserves the right to review its room prices from time to time.

Cancellations: If you cancel a guaranteed room you will lose your non-refundable deposit and if you cancel with 5 days or less prior to arrival you will be charged for your full stay unless we can re-allocate your room. If you decide to shorten your stay you will be charged for your full stay unless we are able to re-allocate your room. This is all entirely at the proprietor's discretion.

The proprietor reserves the right to cancel any reservations without prior notice at which point a full refund will be given on any deposits or payments already made. Mickley Bed and Breakfast and the proprietor will not be liable for any costs or losses incurred whatsoever by its actions to cancel any or all reservations.

Arrivals and departures: Unless otherwise pre-arranged with the proprietor, rooms are available from 16.00pm until 18:00 on the arrival date and must be vacated by 10.30 on the departure date.

Particular requirements: Because of the law, Mickley Bed and Breakfast operates a strict no-smoking policy in all rooms and communal areas. Any guests who do smoke inside will be charged £500.00 deep-cleaning fee. Guests are welcome to smoke in the garden.

Dogs: We only take friendly, well behaved, house trained dogs by prior arrangement only. They are not allowed on the beds or windowsills; and they must not be left in your room when you are not there. If your dog is muddy, please clean and dry it before taking it to your room - we have a hose pipe and a dog towel… or for the more pampered pooch, warm water, a bucket and a dog towel!

Breakfast: Breakfast is served in the dining room at a time to suit you between 07.30 - 09.00 and your chosen time will be agreed on the night before. At no extra charge we will serve you breakfast in bed, but only a continental breakfast, not a fry-up.

Please note: Electrical appliances, such as toasters, mini cookers and portable grills, may not be used in the rooms as they may set off the sensitive fire alarm system. Reservations for rooms are non-transferable and must not, under any circumstances, be sold or otherwise transferred to a third party. You must not advertise, market or otherwise offer any Mickley Bed and Breakfast room for sale either on its own or as part of a combined offer. All prices and details are correct at current time and are subject to change without notice. In the event of a disruption to services i.e. electricity, water or sewage etc Mickley Bed and Breakfast will not be held responsible or liable for the disruption. Refunds will be at the proprietor's discretion.

If you do not comply with the terms and conditions, or you and/or your children and/or your dogs cause disruption or are considered to be a nuisance to any other guests, to the management, or to the property, then you may be asked to leave the premises immediately. In all cases you will pay the total sum previously agreed for your visit and no form of refund will be issued or considered.

Cars and parking: Mickley Bed and Breakfast has parking in the driveway for two cars. There is extra parking on the roadside next to Mickley Bed and Breakfast's front garden and by the church. All vehicles are parked entirely at the owner's risk. Mickley Bed and Breakfast and the proprietor will not be held responsible or liable for any loss or damage whilst vehicles are parked on, or adjacent to, this premises.

Personal Possessions: Although Mickley Bed and Breakfast and the proprietor have done everything practicable to ensure the safety of all guests and their chattels - Mickley Bed and Breakfast and the proprietor will not be held responsible or liable for any loss or damage or a guest's personal possessions or belongings.

Breakage, damage or missing items: The management reserves the right to charge for any breakages, damages or missing items of the property from rooms at full replacement / repair value.
